This whole thing began when He pushed for Ukraine to join NATO. The Soviet Union set free these countries with one condition. They not join NATO, that is a non starter. Russia will then feel justified in taking over the whole country.

This is kind of like Panama cozying up to China. Panama was given the canal for1$ with a few conditions. What they were doing violated these conditions and the US is well within their rights to retake control of the canal. (whatever it took)

I am not defending Russia, they have been invaded 3 times from that direction and are as a country paranoid of it happening again. Just stating perhaps how they see it.

Trump and Vance started acting surprised and yelling at him when Zelensky was explaining that his country has been at war since 2014 and there have already been two ceasefires that Russia violated.
