A gang member who was arrested in the New York said that he was in the New York branch of the gang, even though he has never been in New York.
That's it. They have no other evidence. They gave him no opportunity to explain himself before they sent him to El Salvador.

He hangs out with them as a possible prospect while dependable sources say he is in with the gang.
