Why should the judicial system of another country become our problem, simply because a fugitive from that country entered the U.S. illegally?  For the nth time, Garcia did NOT come here seeking asylum, nor is he exactly the poster child for such an argument.  You Liberals pick the strangest hills to live and die on.

You moved the goalposts, socky.
First we were talking about imprisoning people.  That should require a trial.
Then you changed the subject to merely deporting people.  That requires a hearing.
If a person admits in their hearing that they are here illegally, that's a very short hearing, but it's still a hearing. We still have to tell them where we are going to send them, and give them an opportunity to plead to be sent to another place if they wish.

It does require a trial to imprison people in the U.S.  How do you not understand this?  What may or may not occur under judicial systems of other countries is beyond our power to control.

Why do we need to give them the opportunity to choose deportation destinations when they've entered illegally?  We're not running a Club Med here.
When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.

FBI Agents Photographed Kneeling During George Floyd Protest Get Brutal News from Kash Patel: Report

FBI Director Kash Patel has bad news for those agents who decided to support the violent mob in 2020.

CNN reported Wednesday that Patel had reassigned agents who were photographed kneeling during a George Floyd protest in Washington, D.C., in June 2020. These were people in uniform and on duty when they took a knee.

Per CNN, these reassignments are essentially demotions for the agents.

Of course I understand it requires a trial to imprison someone in the US. That's one of our key values. It's the fifth amendment and it's the 14th amendment.
Of course I understand that we can't control what happens in El Salvador.
But when we deport someone, we get to choose where they go. If we choose to send them somewhere that will imprison them without trial, that choice is violating their fifth and 14th amendment rights.
And I did not say we should give them the opportunity to choose where they go. Choose is not the word I used. I said plead. If they have a specific reason to want to go to one city and not another, that's something we should consider, but only within reason. The place we send them has to accept them, also.
So as much as we want to be a big swinging [BLEEP] and just say these people aren't our problem anymore, when you load somebody onto a bus or a plane, you are responsible for them, at least for a while.

Mike Waltz, other National Security Council staffers out in latest Trump purge following Signal chat leak
Fox News confirmed Waltz and his deputy, Alex Wong, left the office Thursday

Trump administration National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and other staffers are out at the National Security Council, sources confirmed to Fox News.

Fox News confirmed Waltz and his deputy, Alex Wong, were ousted Thursday. Sources said additional staffers removed from the office will likely be announced, and President Donald Trump is expected to speak publicly about the matter.

Waltz, who previously served as a Florida congressman and as a decorated combat Green Beret, has come under fire from Democrats and critics since March, when the Atlantic magazine's Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey Goldberg published a firsthand account of getting added to a Signal group chat with top national security leaders, including Waltz, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and CIA Director John Ratcliffe, while they discussed strikes against Yemen terrorists.

Waltz took responsibility for the inclusion of a journalist in the group chat, telling Fox News' Laura Ingraham, "I take full responsibility. I built the group," he said. "It's embarrassing. We're going to get to the bottom of it."

While it appears that way in order to answer you he would have to consult the sources that tell him what to think and say. The indoctrination is strong in this one.

I love making sure we imprison the right people, and not any innocent people.
In a previous generation though, your kind would call folks like me negro (but the other word) lovers. I see it clearly now.

While I appreciate the suggestion. I believe you should review an anatomy book. What you suggest is not possible, much like a few of your arguments.

Another fine suggestion. I appreciate the effort but once again it is unfortunately inaccurate. You do have an issue doing this. I will point out you seem to have copied you initial suggestion to me from Ilhan Omar when addressing reporters. Maybe think for yourself in the future instead of being a parrot?

I'm attacking you, not a man. The argument is specious, as usual, but explaining that to you requires a ride on the goalpost carousel and I'm not about that anymore.

At the risk of being dragged down the rabbit hole; to me it’s pretty, simple just two questions.

1. Are you a US citizen?

2. Are you here legally?

If the answer to both questions is no, you have had your hearing and back to your country of origin you go. End of story

Agreed, Those that would argue to do otherwise each have the blood of people like this on their hands. I hope this does not touch them personally as it has many Americans..
