Waiver Claims

Quote:The Browns said they would match any offer. They could top anything we might put up. We weren't going to overspend on him to placate some wannabe bar stool GM in New Joisey. And if they had done that, his act would be taking the opposite stance on "overpaid Mack".

The queen of straddling the fence post can always take either side of any argument. He has a proctologist on retainer to keep him splinter free. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Quote:Only thing I've seen so far is Michael Sam going unclaimed. One way of trying to find out what transpired with a player that was released yesterday is checking Twitter, in terms of either his Twitter account, if you happen to know the name of his agent, someone associated with his college football program, or beat writers Twitter accounts. This is also a way of finding out where UDRFA's landed following an NFL Draft.
Quote:And if they had done that, his act would be taking the opposite stance on "overpaid Mack". I've already stated numerous times that I have no problem overpaying elite players with a proven track record. Mack has multi season track record of high level Center play. The type of players I hate to overpay are the one season wonders like Marcedes or the "no season wonders" like Pashos/ Porter. Quote:I've already stated numerous times that I have no problem overpaying elite players with a proven track record. Mack has multi season track record of high level Center play. You say that, but everyone here knows your schtick. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Quote:You say that, but everyone here knows your schtick. Lots here are liars and accusers. What I said in that post was the truth. But they won't acknowledge it. Quote:Right, because you've never heard of the concept of one standout veteran on an OL (especially at C) helping to make the players around him better...Because God knows getting into battle of wits with a moron vice finishing Grad School is on my list of priorities today...and remember, don't put so much salt on the french fries next time. “Motivation alone is not enough. It's about getting the attention you crave. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

It's about getting the attention you crave. LOL, oh yes, thats why since the end of the draft I've been positive about practically every 2014 pick....right? Also, was positive on pretty much every FA move this offseason, sans Beadles. The truth of the matter is I have a few players - and its really only a handful who I dislike. The vast majority of the Jags moves/ players I am on board with. But yes, continue to state the above quote as if its factual. ![]() Quote:LOL, oh yes, thats why since the end of the draft I've been positive about practically every 2014 pick....right?Any time you're being positive, it's only schtick intends to full people into thinking you're coming around. Most of us know to wait because it's always an act. The other shoe eventually drops. Yes, we all know which players you genuinely don't like. Your agenda whoring leaves little doubt. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

FBT, why don't you stop replying to TMD if he's so awful. You only perpetuate his "schtick," as you like to call it, by talking about him every time he posts (and even when he doesn't). If you weren't an administrator, I wouldn't even reply in this thread, but you should hold yourself to a higher standard. Moderate posts, give your opinion on football and the jags, but kindly remove yourself from discussion about other posters on this board.
He's has a high opinion of his opinions. He has selective memory at times. So what. That's not the worst thing in the world. He also engages other posters and generates discussion on the board. Frankly, the message board is boring when he's not around and everyone knows it. There is nothing inherently wrong with playing devil's advocate. The only thing that is tedious is reading discussions about TMD instead of the Jags, and you're one of the worst offenders. Back to Waiver claims.
A lot of claims coming across tweeeeeter right now but nothing for the jaguars yet.
Raiders claimed former Seattle DE Benson Mayowa....
I thought that might have been one we would have put a claim in for. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
