Take a look at the stats for him that year for even more confirmation. Sure, Mularkey was about as bad of a head coach as you could get but quitting on your team regardless of the circumstance is a black mark on your record forever.

I do have some recollection of the interview, and I think you're right.  The interpretation is definitely a loose one.

Chad Henne? Ok we get it Gus Bradley, he's your starting quarterback who reads defenses and moves the offense faster. Trying real hard to pound this point across.
