I'd hate to say it but Bortles won't fix this defense. At best we can hope he can get us into position for some shootouts.

I'm all for being patient and letting a guy develop but when the alternative is in his 7th year and never thrown for more TDs than INTs in a year and has a propensity for taking unnecessary sacks...its probably best to go with the guy you took 3rd overall.
