Bortles definitely seems to have some chemistry with Hurns, something I noticed in the preseason. And that was a wicked play. Hurns is a BEAST.

There are ways to compensate for a below average OL. Manning does it all the time. Get the ball out quick. Screens, slants, comebacks, stop and go's, etc.
