I'll probably get another warning and suspension for this but if you take the time to really analyze the game, it becomes clear that Caldwell is bringing in the talent (not everyone is a hit but he's doing OK).  Bradley is questionable in developing the talent, preparing a team for a game, executing in game or making in-game adjustments.
