Is Julius Thomas Set To Make Debut?
|
Quote:Lol what a messup. A little injury at first, (or so they claimed) and now out for probably at least a quarter of the season. We'll be lucky to see him play at 100% for half the year this year. They took a gamble on it healing on its own in the beginning and that stupid gamble didn't pay off. Quote:They took a gamble on it healing on its own in the beginning and that stupid gamble didn't pay off. Well, that, and you can't get an MRI until swelling goes down some. But we've already been informed that this is 'a regular thing with this organization'. I mean, hell, they could have had it diagnosed a whole three days earlier.
@ryanohalloran: Julius Thomas talking. No return date but excited about debuting soon.
Ryan O'Halloran guess is that Thomas will play only in week 6 against Houston.

@ryanohalloran: Thomas on doctor's visit yesterday: "The good news is no bad news. But no dates, no nothing. Just waiting to get cleared." #Jaguars
@ryanohalloran: No cast on Julius Thomas' hand, sort of brace/splint type deal. ... I'll stick with guess that he debuts against Houston Week 6. #Jaguars
Julius is softer than soft serve ice cream. I bet he's begging the doctors not to clear him.

I doubt we plays this week, however it would be awesome if he did.

Also, Julius Thomas was saying he won't be back until the Houston game, for what it's worth. <p class="" style="color:rgb(41,47,51);font-family:Arial, sans-serif;"> <p class="" style="color:rgb(41,47,51);font-family:Arial, sans-serif;"> <p class="" style="color:rgb(41,47,51);font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">I showed y'all that 10 days ago. Julius himself said most likely week 6 to a fan while signing autographs after the Dolphins game. This week was extremely unlikely all along.
"Probably won't play till week 6"
Out almost half the season with such a small injury....
the good news is, his hand hasn't fallen off

They waited too long to get the surgery. He would be back by now if he had the surgery right after week 1 of preseason.
Quote: Houston? Wasn't this surgery and recovery only supposed to take 4 weeks? |
