I do wonder what their evaluation is on Norman.  He was good in the last half of 2014 and then had a good year in 2015 but prior to that could not get on the field as a starter.

 

So essentially he has 1.5 seasons as a high producing starter at corner in the NFL.  Physically he is not much bigger than Vernon Hargreaves and he runs a slightly slower 40.

 

The real question is do the Jaguars think he can fit in their system and locker room.
