 Just about every poll and "betting odds" leading up to the vote count was flat out wrong. I don't doubt that a higher % of younger voters probably voted to remain, however at this point it's reasonable to doubt the accuracy of any brexit related poll.

For the last 24 hours its been a perfect storm. I went into my movie (id4) thinking about how to respond to a stay vote, it looked like the polls leafing up were right. That's why yesterday saw an uptick. When I came out of the movie leave was over 50% and starting gaining elbow room.


So you are going to correct for the false expectation to "remain" and start pricing brexit into the market.


As jag said, a lotof this is knee jerk. The buying opportunities for long-term investors are going to get interesting.

I need to point out my question because I don't have time to be on the board much more today, but here is what I'm pointing out.

 

The first group ranges in age from 18-24.  That's a 6 year difference of age.  The second group ranges in age from 25-49.  That's a 24 year difference of age.  The third group ranges in age from 50-64.  That's a 14 year difference of age.  Why the difference in sample age?  Could it be because the person reporting it wants the results to specifically be skewed in a certain way?

 

Why not report a sample such as:

 

18-29

30-39

40-49

50-59

60+

 

I'll bet that the results don't look as skewed as the "selective" numbers.
