If anybody has any questions regarding Fantasy, let me know. I retired but I'm willing to provide insight.

Quote:Melvin It's your team of course. But my advice is Melvin Gordon would need to show me a couple more weeks before I would start him. He would be a good alternate for a bye week. But overall, I think you could win a chip this season. Have you ever wondered before? We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

I won my first two years in this league. And I'm usually in the top 3 of my other 2 winning occasionally. My friend said he's not interested in moving Melvin right now so I'll just keep Blount. I want to try and sell high before Lewis is back though.
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS
Quote:Guess I'll be dropping AP. Bit of a blow. Yeah that's a huge blow. Would love to see your squad. Where are you in the standings so far? Maybe you can snag Crowell off the waiver?

Sounds like you know how this thing works. For some reason I love fantasy football. It's all about matchups. Keep us updated on your leagues. We show less advertisements to registered users. Quote:Yeah that's a huge blow. Would love to see your squad. QB Carson Palmer WR Odell Beckham Jr WR Allen Hurns WR Stephon Diggs RB Ezekial Elliot RB Melvin Gordon TE Julius Thomas Flex Rashad Jennings WR Corey Coleman WR John Brown RB Derrick Henry RB Theo Riddick QB Blake Bortles RB Jordan Howard Crowell is long gone. Pretty veteran league, nothing like that on waivers.
Quote:QB Carson Palmer Not a bad squad either. Man you lost Coleman and Peterson. Quote:QB Carson Palmer Definitely start Riddick this week.

Squeaked by another week picking Miami in Survivor. I am thinking about picking against Cleveland for the 3rd week I. A row next week and picking WAS over CLE, but I feel like I am pushing my luck picking crappy teams. Who are you survivors leaning towards in week 4?

A row next week and picking WAS over CLE, but I feel like I am pushing my luck picking crappy teams. Who are you survivors leaning towards in week 4? It's early. As of now though, my pick would be the Cardinals over the Rams if Arizona's injury situation looks favorable later this week. The Cardinals are off to a very disappointing 1-2 start. Yet, because of the desperation factor, the talent they have, the game being in Arizona, and Bruce Arians is their HC, I think the Cardinals will end up winning this game.
Quote: It's early. As of now though, my pick would be the Cardinals over the Rams if Arizona's injury situation looks favorable later this week. I would not feel comfortable with that pick. Cardinals came off humiliating loss and LA won on the road against a decent Bucs team. I'd prefer to save ARI until later if possible, but you never know what will happen. Using the 10 day layoff between games as a major factor if I make the decision to select the Texans. Regarding consideration in selection the Bengals, the thought process is it's hard for a team to play a road game on Thursday against a team outside your division. Not to mention I still believe the Bengals are a playoff caliber team, with the potential to go deep into the playoffs. One concern about possibly selecting Arizona or Houston are the rivalry factors. Considering that the Browns came close in their last two games and that I'm not sold on the Redskins, that's a game I already ruled out as a possibility for NFL Survivor. I agree on Houston and they were one of my potential picks, but Brock Osweiller looks REALLY bad and I typically fear picking divisional games with 2 bad offenses. I do feel like Cinci is a lock over Miami and do see your point on Washington. You talked me out of Washington, lol. After your late change of Baltimore over Cleveland instead of Tennessee over Detroit, so far your selection methods are working fine. If the Bengals are relatively healthy for their game against the Dolphins, at the very least they deserve strong consideration. The fact that the Dolphins came close to losing to the Browns at home after starting the season at 0-2 demonstrates that they are far from where they want to be. According to the following article, the Dolphins will be without Arian Foster and Jordan Cameron for the game. I'm now leaning towards taking the Bengals! http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/miami...story.html

Last second recommendation. PPR league
I have AJ Green Gio Bernard Matt Jones Spencer Ware on my bench. I just pulled Gio for Ware since Charles is expected to miss another week. Not sure I trust Gio and mixing him with AJ concerns me a bit as well. Thoughts? My RBs are weak in this league. No one that good available Yeldon Gio Foster Kadeem Carey

Quote:Last second recommendation. PPR league I would NOT start Bernard. Go Jones and Green. Man, your RB's stink, lol. Isn't Foster hurt? Quote:D6, StroudCrowd, this is a game I'm not even considering. Maybe it's the part of me that hopes for the best but expects the worst when it comes to the Lions as adversity with the team increases. But the Lions injury situation concerns me greatly. This is even factoring in the Bears injury situation, which is amongst the worst in the NFL. In addition to Ziggy Ansah and DeAndre Levy very likely being out of game action again, Marvin Jones, one of the real bright spots for the Lions in the early part of the season, appeared on today's injury report with a hamstring injury. Until tomorrow's practice takes place, it's all speculation on the extent of the injury. http://www.mlive.com/lions/index.ssf/201...iver_index
Just to add to what I expressed in the above post, my NFL Survivor pick in Week # 4 is the Bengals. jagherd, who probably knows as much about the Bengals as anyone on this forum made a good point in the thread about that game that the Bengals have struggled on National TV in recent seasons. This concerns me and it's something that can't be overlooked. But when looking at the injury situation with both teams, the game being in Cincinnati, the Bengals can't afford to go to 1-3 in the overall AFC North race, the overall rosters, and the Dolphins being fortunate to beat the Browns in OT, I feel the Bengals will come out on top.
