This offense is struggling because of our O-Line

Oline is the one spot we shouldn't be judging yet. It needs continuity. I still think 4/5 of the oline will be good as the future of the oline. Beachum and Linder were the highest graded players on our entire offense before this week.
I also agree that the pass blocking has been fine. Blake makes their job arguably harder than any other QB in the league. Quote:Any word on Beachum and when can we expect him back?Well they released the back-up O-lineman they pulled up from the practice squad. That's probably a sign he's coming back this week. I tend to agree that the intended starting line could conceivably get in a groove and start run blocking better. Also - note that we'll face 4 teams after the bye that are currently allowing over 120 yards per game on the ground. If this group is healthy for that stretch, they'll have a fighting chance. (KC,Chi, Houston, Oak all rank between 24-30 against the run) http://www.nfl.com/stats/categorystats?t...447263-n=1 We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Joeckel, Cann, and Parnell are all upgrade-able, the only "staples" should be Beachum (because he's a borderline elite pass protector when healthy) and Linder

Tweet from Jacksonville Jaguars (@Jaguars) - LT @KelvinBeachumJr has been cleared from the NFL Concussion Protocol. He will return to practice tomorrow. https://twitter.com/Jaguars/status/780816324004081665
"Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, if he gets angry, he's a mile away and barefoot."
Quote:Nobody on the O-line is even sniffing elite status! Agreed. The problem is that our LT's have been so bad ever since Tony Boselli retired, that people think someone who is even decent (like Beachum,) is a pro bowler. While he's much better than what we've had in the past, I wouldn't consider him a top 10 LT. He's more in the upper middle range of the pack. We show less advertisements to registered users.
