So far my satellite has blanked out and my power has quickly flickered a couple of times each. My viburnum hedge is waving majestically in the breeze. This is the most boring, historic, major, child-killing hurricane EVER.

 Right around when you mentioned this,  I posted similar information.   It wouldn't surprise me if a 90 mph wind gust or greater hit the pier.
