They have kind of put the Kingdom in the back seat the last few weeks. Future plans in dealing with that?

Quote:Im pretty sure Spencer dies on sunday. That's my guess too. Or maybe Rosita, but there's more a build for her story, so more likely Spencer. Quote:They have kind of put the Kingdom in the back seat the last few weeks. Future plans in dealing with that?Yeah they only had one episode about the Kingdom in the first half of the season. Hopefully we see them in the midseason finale, but I'm sure their story will pick up in the second half.
They are telling a lot of stories and have a lot of ground to cover before this midseason finale. I'm enjoying the episodes for the most part but am also kind of bored. I guess because I know stuff is going to get real and nasty I'm wondering how long it's going to take to get there. This seems to be a very slow paced season so far.

They probably meet up this week then we spend the second half season building for war in the finale then a time jump in the offseason. “An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.”. - Plato

Only a chump boos the home team!
We're getting close to the finale folks. It's almost pee pee pants city man.
"What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. The subtle tongue, the sophist guile, they fail when the broadswords sing; Rush in and die, dogs - I was a man before I was a king."
I wonder if they are slowing the pace of the show so that they don't catch up to the comics so quickly?

I suspect that as well, so they won't turn into Game of Thrones and waiting on the writer to crank out source material. I believe that's part of the reason for the side stories that include characters not from the comic/source.

Quote:Onward marching to war!If it is, I hope they are just teasing the audience for a while. Seems kinda early to introduce them. Maybe it's just the guy from the house boat or another villain to throw a screwball at the fans? Could slow down the pace to the comics even more.
Yeah, not sure it's the whisperers yet..could be Beta though...Seems real early...
I LOVED the Spencer kill. That was my favorite part of the comics and what made me like/admire Negan. "You've got no guts!, oh wait, THERE they are!" We show less advertisements to registered users. I loved the spaghetti dinner scenes, culminating in Carl waiting on Negan's "Please!" before passing the rolls.

Quote:So how about this for an interesting theory... The wolves are already dead, they demolished that storyline in about 20 minutes. “An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.”. - Plato
Quote:The wolves are already dead, they demolished that storyline in about 20 minutes.I know the main characters of the group are dead, but didn't another group of them get out of Alexandria with some of their weapons? |
