You guys are so hard set on blaming Gus' catch phrases that the message is being completely lost. Did Arizona improve and get better? No, they did not. Mainly at the QB spot, where Palmer regressed. Did our QB improve and get better? No, he did not. Did our running game improve? No, it did not. In fact it probably regressed. You can keep saying "Just win baby!", but if you sit on your chair and not do something to push yourself and improve, guess what...you're not going to win. That's the whole point of Gus' message, one that is unfortunately often lost in everyone. Tom had the same message too, everyone is just getting lost in his outburst of "What else is there but win?" Because right after that, he started talking about learning every day. Then Marrone talks about not worrying about the past or the future, but just winning every day. Those are the same core philosophy that Gus preached about. The only difference now is that TC and Marrone will kick someone's you know what if they don't do what they are being told.
