Cyp has to get up to speed on todays Nfl back in the day. He could be as bad as Dd was. But DD would not be as effective in todays flag for everything Nfl.

DD would be okay in today's NFL.  Players can play even when things change.  I think we gloss over his athletics.  He would have to dial back the hits some but he'd make it.

Good stuff knarnn. I am going to try to catch the Jags live with Dave and Prisco today.

It really seems like Dave is getting better/ more comfortable with each draft. Knowing when to get his guy and when to scoop up a guy when his value is too good.

I dont think so. A major part of his game was the intimidating factor. Receivers knew if were close to dd were going to get hammered. So many could not consentrate on the ball cause had to remain focused on DD. Now adays if ya hit a receiver before ball is in area. It is a flag.

Caldwell hasn't missed on much in these last 3 drafts, if any at all, IMO..

Yes Dave is a Smart gm. Even when he makes a mistake other then the whole Tackle issue. He is on point in knowing this and replacing the mistake.

Yep. An example would be cutting Dekoda Watson mid-season.
