According to the Arizona Republic, the Cardinals will listen if a teams calls with interest in trading for WR Michael Floyd.

Interesting. Floyd is coming off a down year where he showed inconsistent hands as a pure field stretcher. A whopping 34 of his 94 targets were 20-plus yards downfield, and Floyd had a high 18.75 percent drop rate on such passes. Just last week the Cardinals were uncertain if they were going to pick up his 2016 fifth-year option. They decided to exercise it, but appear willing to deal the 25-year-old. The Cardinals are in love with John Brown and want to increase his role.

Didn't he have DUI issues at ND as well?

If they think they can get a player who'll contribute more than Floyd with whatever pick they get for him, more power to them.

Hard to blame Floyd for the disaster that was the Cardinals' passing game late last year, though.

interesting. he would definitely have a lot better numbers if they had a reliable qb. (i dont consider palmer reliable)

not sure he is a good jags fit but i think some team could definitely get themselves a good WR for a good price here.

Seems fishy, but like most, I attribute his down year to having guys at QB that weren't meant to see the field.

Raise your hand if you didn't watch Palmer play last year!

Would be the fastest receiver on our squad. I actually like the kid, and I think the Cardinals have an abundance of good receivers, so they don't mind letting him go. I think if we were to get him, he would be completing for starting position.

Would Floyd be an upgrade over...

ARob? Nope..

Lee? Nope..

Hurns? Maybe, but I'd rather stick with Hurns right now..

And now with Greene in the mix, Floyd can keep lookin..

Serious.. I'd rather have every single one of our receivers than Floyd.

I was actually talking about starting receivers and non-designated "offensive weapons". If Floyd were to come here, he would be a starter. There are some faster receivers at the bottom of the depth chart.
