Yes, trade back to someone who desperately needs an offensive tackle like Clemmings or Fisher and willing to part with their 3rd rounder. That way Jags could get running back, receiver, safety and linebacker by the top of the 4th round.

Not in the second round. Trading up ten spots could cost as little as a couple of late-round picks, maybe a four depending on who's being traded up for and how many teams are calling.

Prices go down in the later rounds. Trading up from 46 to 36 is a lot cheaper than trading up from say 31 to 21.
