Dave is very animated in a laid back manner, there is a steel trap mind that is three steps ahead of you no matter where you turn, like Larry Bird. Gus is very animated in a boisterious manner and if you fail to sense the intelligence, it is at your peril. Shad is an extremely successful businessman, if you missed his remark "the pressure is on" and the laugh's in the room, what you missed is that the pressure is always on with Shad.
