2015 Pre Draft Poll

#1

We are 3 days away from the 2015 NFL Draft. Lets now pick who you think will be the Jaguars 1st round selection. There will be the most popular players related to the Jaguars to pick from. Pick your final player you think the Jaguars will pick, if he isn't on the list please just comment his name. Lets see how our opinions compare to the real draft.

Well I'm good with Williams,Cooper or Fowler at 3 I'd prefer Dante Fowler but I'm gonna predict Amari Cooper. Duval!

Williams or Cooper

I'd prefer offense. But, Dave has drafted heavily on offense in the early rounds of the past two drafts (Joeckel, Bortles, Lee, Robinson,, Cyprien was the only early round defender IIRC).

Maybe he tries to land a stud on the defensive side of the trench this year, idk we'll see.

Either way, can't go wrong with Williams/ Cooper IMO.

Think you've gotta go with the guy you think is the best, which is usually said to be Williams. Love watching him... he looks like a 300 lb linebacker with insane hands. Plus he has an afro.

I think the fact that the Jags sent Todd Walsh to have a follow up meeting with Beasely after his visit with the Jags shows real interest.

While it's impossible to read Caldwells tea leaves, I say they select the pass edge rusher in the class.- Vic Beasely.

I tend to believe that we are all over-thinking the Jags selection at Pick 3. Much like the Joeckle selection, I think the Jags will take Leonard Williams because he is the Best Available Player. It think it really is that simple.

Im going to go with the surprise pick, Gurley at 3... Barring the jags cant trade back and get him... I believe secretly the jags are in love with him..We have been rumored in pursuing a game-changer running back all off-season.. Gurley is one of 2 game changer type backs in the draft.. Caldwell have a history of picking the guy opposite of who the media thinks...

For me its so hard to vote. All of these guys are somehow linked to the Jags. Anyone of these players are game changers. If we stay at 3, Amari Cooper or Dante Fowler could be the player we get. Trade down we can target Beasley and Gurley. I would love Gurley with a trade down

QB purgatory.

Sorry, I just miss seeing this in every other pre-draft post this year.

I was leaning Williams, but boy the Cooper rumor has me thinking they go Cooper.

But doesn't that feel like last season though? I can remember Draft Week last year and everyone was either Watkins or Mack, with a "project" QB in the Second or later. I mean, either of those guys still make sense to me in the idea that they would contribute immediately, i.e. Cooper and Beasely/Fowler.

All in all though, we'll have our answer in a few short days.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Yea, now that you mention it.  I will say that personallyu, my excitement for the draft is different this year.  I guess this is the first year I feel that our QB has a legit chance to be good (as opposed to hoping he will).

I'm feeling about the same as I was last season, but that's because I expected the team to have a guy that was going to have impact from Day One out of their First Round pick. That's how I'm viewing this season. If the team goes Williams/Fowler/Beasley/Cooper, I can see any of those guys making their presence felt right away.
