The coach trusts him? Will play?

Right now I see the LB line still insufficient if Posluszny not play.

Poz is highly regarded around the NFL. However, I disagree with experts. I think our linebacker unit will be the weakest part of the defense until we upgrade at mlb. Still, who else is there? He is it right now. We have no other option.

So a probowler who is one of the most productive tacklers in the entire league will drag the entire LB unit down to be the weakest part of the defense.

That's exactly why you aren't an expert.

The solution will be coming in the draft, hopefully in the form of Eric Kendricks of UCLA.

Well without POZ our LB unit is gonna be sucky. I wonder if Greg Hardy is a option at LB for the Jags?

Poz is good two-down linebacker at this stage in his career; you don't have to be an "expert" to see that. If he's asked to cover tight ends and backs he'll struggle, he doesn't have the speed and the quick twitch change of direction ability to do so. The Jaguars will certainly be looking for a "Bobby Wagner" type mike linebacker in this year’s draft; two down linebackers are a thing of the past.

Hayes is a FA not expected to re-sign.

SKUTA     -        POZ         -       SMITH

(otto)                                             (will)

They will mix this up obviously depending on the defensive set. Expect Poz to come out sometimes when they nickel and dime.

He's not a pro bowler any more. He's slow and not very good in coverage. I'm assuming you are a fanboy.

Haha.  I wouldn't rule anything out in this wild offseason -  but I really doubt that happens.

If Eric Kenricks is available in the 2nd round I doubt we pass on him, he's a Bobby Wagner clone.

They love Poz.  I seriously doubt he's ousted this season.
