Stephen A Smith calls Chip Kelly a racist

#1

I guess in this article he's trying to say he didnt actually call him that.  Which is a complete joke.

I don't know if Chip Kelly is or isn't, but when looking at the players he is naming, Desean Jackson, Lesean Mccoy, and Jeremy Maclin, signing each of them was a significant cap hit.  Riley Cooper doesn't have much of a cap hit.  That's my easy explanation.

Inferring Chip Kelly is a racist causes more website hits, more viewers, more radio show spots, more television spots, and more fame.

I think it's kinda funny.  Chip Kelly is quickly turning the fans against himself.

He may not be racist, but he also might have an ego issue.  I find it really weird that Frank Gore would come away from a FA meeting with ANYTHING negative to say.  That's when coaches put their nice face on.

He is definitely a megalomaniac

He should be attacking Green Bay. Whitest team in the league.
Only a chump boos the home team!

Actually he shouldn't be attacking anyone, but he is a hack who needs to pull this garbage to make his own ratings.

I think when the race card gets played so easily, it truly hurts "real" racial issues. When it gets thrown out so often, it dilutes the subject to a point in which "real" issues are ignored. Stephen Smith is an idiot, and always will be. Why ESPN would hire Stephen Smith AND Keith Olbermann is beyond me; they both have an agenda outside of sports.

I was talking to an Eagles fan yesterday.  She told me the Eagles were the "whitest" team in the league.

She sent me a link to what is the unofficial player census that breaks down many different things in the NFL.  The Eagles had 25 white guys on their team last year.  The closest to them was 20 with the Texans.  Who would have thought someone broke the NFL down so much.

There's no room for affirmative action in the NFL. Your job depends on wins so you sign, trade and cut who you need to in order to keep the machine well oiled..

Stephen A Smith is nothing but a race baiter. Him and Jamele should get together with Sharpton and go bowling.

You know... if Chip is looking for a white running back...  :whistling:

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

So I'm just saying, isn't complaining that there are too many white guys on a roster pretty darn racist itself? I mean if this was the opposite scenario people would be all over it.

Who cares if chip kelly is a racist? Stephen a . smith doesn't care. If he cared about racism he wouldn't blame innocent africans for being murdered by racist cops and wanna be cops.

He's just saying this because everyone knows he's a do-boy that'll sellout his own people, so he's trying to change the public's perception.

His statement about chip actually serves another purpose. It's ridiculous to start. Chip kelly is no more racist than any other white person and no one cares if he is, including me. He's a great coach. Respect the work. you don't have to respect the man. When stupid things get said like this, it only drowns out the real social issues.

It's about time someone took the lead in Affirmative Action for white athletes. The NBA should be next.

Kelly isn't racist. But he did petition the league to change the team name from the Eagles to the Jim Crows.

Espn hired them because they have the same agenda that ESPN has.

Do you mean ESPN has the same agenda as ABC because their parent company is Disney?

I'm so so so tired of the race card.  It's so old.  99% of the time, it's just someone that feels the need to whine.  Shut the hell up SAS!
