Chris Myers as a backup?

Released by Houston. He's a zone blocking center. 33 years old I think they said, great in run blocking too. Don't know much about him other than that.

Would be a decent veteran presence/depth behind Bowanko for a year or two.

He's still playing at a high level. I think he was the #3 rated center according to PFF. He'll most likely will be seeking a starting role somewhere.

#3 in run blocking. I believe he was like 33 of 41 in pass protection

He was top 10 run blocking and bottom 10 pass blocking, I think 60th out of 67th PBG or something. Much like Andre Johnson, I'm sure he'll be looking for a chance to finally win a ring so I doubt we are a candidate for his services. Also, not sure he is better than Bowanko going forward.

The Jaguars aren't signing a 33 year old to start over Bowanko

I said as a backup. Not to start over Bowanko. We have no quality depth on the OL
