I think they'd be interested in Winston or Mariota, however I think it's a foregone conclusion Tampa is selecting Jameis with the 1st overall pick, so Mariota would be the guy. The Jaguars are in a really good spot at pick 3, Tennessee will probably select Leonard Williams potentially creating a bidding war between Philadelphia and Cleveland, both have been rumored to be high on Mariota (Phily for obvious reasons), should be an entertaining draft.

I don't buy that, they immediately traded back with Buffalo after Blake was selected, there was also a predraft rumor (by the Cleveland Plain Dealer) that reported the Browns had legit interest in Bortles. Not sure how credible it is, but I have a hard time believing they had Johnny Manziel ranked ahead of Blake.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports impending free agent Jordan Cameron is "not interested" in re-signing with the Browns.


Who would choose to remain in that mess of an organization? We can't blame Cameron. Although he's proven to be extremely prone to concussions, Cameron is a major threat when on the field. The former college basketball player is a seam-stretching tight end who averaged 17.7 YPR this past season. He's going to be one of the more interesting free-agent cases to follow in March.

Well considering who they have running the front office they very well could have had Bortles as the 4th best QB. Doesn't mean that they are right in their rankings. I would take Bortles over Manziel all day.

The owner wanted to make a splash, add some pop to his franchise, sell some tickets and jerseys. "That was a business decision," said one source with direct knowledge of the situation.

Sounds exactly like the reasoning people were clamoring for Tebow here. Sure glad we dodged the Tebow and Manziel bullet.
