That's the thing about special teams.  Fans only pay attention to the end result and rarely bother to look at cause and effect. 

 

This was already a very young team.  With the way they were having to address roster issues throughout the season, they were never able to establish any sort of cohesion with special teams.    I don't care how good the coach is.  If you're trotting different guys out there in key roles every week, that does have an impact.
