Luke Joeckel compared to other highly touted tackles drafted in 2013/2014 per PFF

Monroe (when right) is an above average left tackle, not worth the money Baltimore is paying him.

Yeah, its much smarter to be severely under the cap and have a terrible O-line.

Quote:People are scavenger hunting for data to justify The Joke. Who cares about other teams? If anything that should've been a warning to Caldwell not to take him that high, being that most tackles aren't special these days. But no he takes him and he's been a damaged good trash bag.

You're a dense dude, the point of this thread was to illustrate how most tackles CLEARLY struggle early in the careers once they get to the NFL level, even the highly touted 1st round tackles, do you honestly think all of these players (Greg Robinson, Luke Joeckel, Jake Matthews, Eric Fisher etc..) will ALL end up as busts? The answer is certainly no; if he turns into the player the Jaguars drafted him to be who CARES if he struggled in his first two years, your unrealistic expectations of player development is ridiculous. Even the beloved Eugene Monroe struggled his first two seasons in the league, and he never had to rehabilitate a broken ankle. Of course you have a selective memory so you won't acknowledge that, post like the above suggest you have the IQ of a doughnut, declaring a player a bust after 16 starts, my frickin goodness.

Who cares about comparing him to other tackles besides you chump? He sucks and looks nothing like a number 2 pick. Point blank period.
