Where I come from you have to work for your money. So make him work. Keep him there and let the young guys show him how slow you get not staying on the field and staying in trouble. If he doesn't play this year then yeah send him packing with a card saying " Thanks for wasting our time"

According to an article posted in another thread, his contract is basically frozen in time and will resume when he is reinstated. He doesn't count toward the cap until he's reinstated, and the Jags will still have 3 years to decide what to do with him at the point he returns. That's why there was absolutely no reason for the team to cut him and move on. It's costing them nothing to keep him and decide their next move when he's back.

Yep just let him get old. Play for us or don't play at all.
