Would Callahan be as an OC, or are we looking at him as an offensive line coach? What's Yarno's status?

Bradley said Yarno hoped to be back in February. Who knows if that happens.

Schefter's tweet implied we're interviewing him for the OC position.

Don't OC's bring in their own offensive guys? Why would we hire a guy just to have the new OC given the power to fire him? It's definitely to be an OC. Why would he want to demote himself?

The reason why Callahan might take the offer from the Jags rests purely in the paycheck.

Bigger paychecks can change minds.

Didn't even realize Bill Callahan Is THE OC in Dallas. If Callahan comes here, I wonder who he will bring with him here?

Would you say Carl Smith or Dirk Koetter was the best OC amongst them?

He's the OC, but they gave the play calling duties to someone else.   Therefore, he might be unhappy, and therefore, we might be able to hire him.   He has a background as an offensive line coach, so he would bring that strength to the table even if he's the OC.

Still hoping for trestman here. Bortles development is top priority.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Koetter was the best of that bunch.  Unfortunately, he didn't have the personnel to run the kind of offense he would have preferred.

I felt Dirk didnt get a fair chance in Jacksonville, I guess we'll see what he can do with the Bucs.

I think the Bucs have some decent weapons but their QB will be another subject. I think he should be able to do good in tampa tho.

Word is that the guy they're considering taking with the first pick is looking to show he's learned from his past mistakes, and he's seeking out a mentor to help him with the off-field issues he's dealt with this past year.

From what I understand, Bill Cosby has been hired to mentor Jameis Winston.  That's a good thing, right?

I also think Edgar Bennet will be our next OC. Looking at his background 22 years in NFL. 20 years with the Packers. Change is needed for him and he has coached WR and RB positions. The guy kinda looks like GUS 2.0  Please bring him here, its him or Dennison. But go after Edgar Bennet.
