One has to ask themselves if it was a strategic play to prevent injury before his massive pay day.

I'm probably the minority but I don't think it was 100% intentional when seeing it in real time.  I mean sure the slow motion makes it seems that way though.

The best part was when Rodgers pushed his butt and didn't even budge him.

I saw the clip, too, and if it was intentional then he did it without even looking at where Rodgers was.

If he were a player that wasn't considered dirty already it probably wouldn't have resulted in any action.

First step may be accidental, second definitely wasn't

He sacked Rodgers, so of course he knew where Rodgers was. And he certainly would have been suspended anyway because Detroit's center got that punishment for doing almost exactly the same thing.

The stomp from the center was very plain, clear, and malicious.

I just doubt we'd see someone who wasn't already cast with the "dirty player" label getting a suspension for that particular encounter.

Then you must have not read this letter from the NFL, which clearly implies being a repeat offender has nothing to do with his suspension:

Quote:<p style="font-family:arial, verdana, helvetica;color:rgb(34,34,33);">"You did not respond in the manner of someone who had lost his balance and accidentally contacted another player who was lying on the ground," NFL vice president of football operations Merton Hanks said in a letter to Suh. "This illegal contact, specifically the second step and push off with your left foot, clearly could have been avoided.

<p style="font-family:arial, verdana, helvetica;color:rgb(34,34,33);">

<p style="font-family:arial, verdana, helvetica;color:rgb(34,34,33);">"You unnecessarily stepped on your opponent's unprotected leg as he lay on the ground unable to protect himself."

How do you know a high level executive is lying? His lips will be moving.

What are you talking about? He wrote a letter, so his fingers were moving, not his lips.

You are making absolutely no sense. Don't talk to me about this if you can't be 100% serious.
