EARLY 2015 Mock Draft Rounds 1-3

#1

Dream scenario.

Trade back to about 8 or 9 picking up their second rounder this year and next year.

Round 1.

Landon Collins FS

Round 2.

Cameron Erving OT/G/C (play him at center)

Round 2.

Dorial Green-Beckham WR

Round 3.

Nick O' Leary TE

I would be pretty happy if it turned out like this. *at this point in the year

Just for fun!

I like Cam Irving and O'Leary picks

Collins seem like Cyp 2.0 and we dont need to draft another WR that high

I honestly don't like any of the picks.  I think Allen Robinson is going to be better than Green-Beckham and they compare in regards to size/ability.

I'm not big on Collins at all.  I don't see us drafting a FS within the first couple rounds.

Bowanko probably gets a shot again, so if anything we'd go after someone like Collins or Clemmings (if they are even there in the 2nd) for a RT.

Not big on O'Leary either.  He's on a stacked team and hasn't really popped out to me.

Not Green-Beckham! He was kicked off Mizzou for repeated drug violations. We don't need another Blackmon.

I'd rather take Shaq Thompson over Landon Collins.

Will never get the fascination with O'Leary. Don't see him as an NFL player at all.

Me too. The guy makes things happen.

I think part of the intrigue is the ability to play him at several spots- which I dunno is of much value to this team. He does a lot well, but nothing particularly elite- especially rushing the passer. Doesnt look like he wraps up well either.

Gimme a guy who can get some pressure OR a guy whos not gonna miss a tackle.

We do not need any more WR's. Impossible to get chemistry when we have so many. Lee, Robinson, Hurns and potentially Blackmon will be more than fine for next season, even though I love Beckham. Kids a monster. Collins is good, but I feel like we need a ballhawk like Holliman tbh. O lineman makes sense in the second round.

Only problem with Shaq in my opinion is that he's too similar to Telvin. Not sure where he fits in our defense. I like him as a prospect though.

No thanks to Collins

while we do have a bunch of promising #2 receivers, I believe the closest thing we have to a #1 is Blackmon which who knows what to think with that. I would be fine with a back here too but I just think Beckham is going to be a beast.

can't see Caldwell taking a character risk that high, only player I can think of that was a slight character risk was Telvin Smith and he was a 5th round pick
