Whew! Much better - the day after the Jaguars play on NFL Network.

At Mark Brunell's POTJ induction cermeony last year, he named two people who helped him have a great career: Jimmy Smith and Keenan McCardell.

THE greatest tandem in team history. We have not had a 1,000-yard receiver since Jimmy retired.

Definitely greatest in team history, by far. I also put them right up there with Swann and Stallworth, Reed and Lofton, Holt and Bruce, Harrison and Wayne, etc etc, hard for me to pick goat, they all are great.

The sad thing is that if our salary cap wasn't screwed and we wouldn't had to let McCardell go, it would have easily been the best tandem ever.

I can't wait for the special. It's going to be a fun week.

And that is what has made this desert wasteland time so hard.  To come right out of the gates and have those players.  Look at all the once in a 20 year type offensive players we had:

Boselli

Taylor

Smith

McCardell

The Khan Years

Patience, Persistence, and Piss Poor General Managers.

Yes more than true...

Cecil came the closes in 2012 at 979 yards.  When you look at the offensive stats during the Del Rio era it is all running backs all the time.
