The NFCS has historically been hotly contested year after year.  Since the division was created during realignment in 2002, no team has won the division in back to back years and each team has won the division 3 times in the last 12 seasons.  It's the only division that can say that.  I think every team truly expects to win the division each year and as a result the games often get chippy.  It would be nice if our division was more like theirs but these things are cyclical and our time will come.  I just hope we're not waiting until 2039 as another thread has suggested.
