Oregon vs Arizona

Im watching this game... I can immediately tell you why neither of these teams will compete with Alabama or FSU.

Oregon's weakness: They dont have a big receiver that demands double coverage. A good defense will be able to cover and force Mariota to run around.

Arizona: this little walk-on player, Tevis, says it all. He looks like a 10th grader and he is their leading tackler. In the SEC, most players look about 30 yrs old and gigantic. AZ would get bulldozed.

One of these teams could beat TCU or Baylor. They play small ball. They spread it out, play 3 undersized down defensive lineman to cover the pass. These defenses would need to come up with a whole new scheme just to stop the run in the CFP if they play ALA/FSU.

So in a nutshell they lack the overall talent and depth of FSU and Bama.

Oregon has speed, but these guys are small. Put a good CB in their face and they will be smothered.

Tevis trucked by a tiny RB lol.

Looking very unimpressive so far to me. Looks like he's playing tight. It's a big game with a lot of pressure. Maybe he gets better as the game goes on.

Now you know a lot of QBs get over drafted by QB needy teams.

I very well see MM going in the 1st rd, don't know how high though.

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Wow.  Boring 1st quarter for these two offenses.

Kinda funny when you have 2 "explosive" offenses in a game and neither one can make plays. Come in expecting a shoutout and we get a slugfest lol.

I can understand Bama, but FSU? They barely managed to scrape by against unranked teams. A top 4 team like Oregon or TCU would roll over them. Bama would eat Winston alive. Seriously...

lol, the over/under is 72 1/2.

I'd say the over is in trouble and the under is looking real good so far.

Ya i guess he is just a safety... but still. He is just a boy out there and he is their leading tackler. The southeast has grown men.

Borland is a man. Dont associate him with this kid.

The Ducks are running the Jags goal line offense lol. All the way down to the missed FG.
