Milwaukee Brewers lead TV and radio  play-by-play broadcaster Brian Anderson, and former Rams and NFL defensive back Adam Archuleta, are announcing  the Jaguars second straight home game with their AFC South Rival Houston Texans,  NFL On CBS early single header game, seen primarily in Texas, the Georgia and Florida Atlantic Coast, and locally on WJAX-TV Channel 47, live on HD.

WFOX Channel 30 is also televising only the Seahawks @ Eagles NFL On FOX primary late double header game in Jacksonville, also seen live on HD.  Smile   B)     ^_^

I lived in the panhandle for a few years and it's a shame that the Jags aren't shown out there.  It's more like you're living in Louisiana or Alabama than Florida.

That will never make any sense to me because Jacksonville is the closest AFC team to all of northern Florida. Why does CBS think people in the Panhandle want to watch somebody else?

I am glad Fox will not show a game I care about because this is the week I go to one.

I'm a huge Milwaukee Brewers and Brian Anderson fan, I'm excited to hear him call the Jags game, he's really good.

Because there are far more compelling games than another Jaguar slaughterfest out there. IIRC, the Panhandle was Dolphins country, along with virtually all of Florida aside from Tampa Bay, before the Jaguars came along.

There was a time when the Jaguars were better than the Dolphins. Our game would be the most compelling for that area if we were still that good.

Heck yeah, same here. If you've never heard him, he's one of the up and coming national announcers, which sucks because the Brewers broadcasts are always top notch. I've never heard him call a football game, but he's great at baseball and basketball. I'm really looking forward to him calling this game.

Is this his first year calling NFL games? I don't recognize that name.

After the game, let me know what you think of him. I will be there and hear the PA announcer instead.

Annoyed that Orlando is getting the Dolphins game. Second week in a row we don't get to see the Jags.
