Except that his substance abuse issues ended his career and landed him in prison on narcotics and weapons charges.  

 

But that aside, he's not drunk in that video.

He was something, but he wasn't drunk. Another thing I noticed is Fred seemed really annoyed and put off with him during the Halftime interview.
