Why the Jaguars at #32?  I mean I guess I can see putting the Titans above since they defeated the Jaguars, but the Raiders only have one win.  The Raiders Points for and against is close to the Jaguars but the Raiders are filled with aging veterans while the Jaguars have a young team learning and improving.  The raiders are -161 to the Jaguars -143 Net Points.

21 point come back leads me to rank the Jaguars ahead of a few teams.  Raiders, Titans, Giants come to mind.

Bucs too, I think we'd stomp them.  I'd have to hold off on the Titans until we beat them.
