Honest question what's different next year?
|
Is this team going to all of a sudden turn into the 99 Rams next year?
What player(s) will make us go at least 8-8 and please don't tell me this QB is going To stop making the dumbest mistakes ever. We show less advertisements to registered users. I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

Better coaches who can teach Bortles in the off season, teach the secondary to cover would be a nice start... jyst better coaching.
We will have a similar record if the coaching staff remains the same.

Coaches need to go. They don't know how to manage, or prepare an NFL team to play.

I don't know, but it's not looking good right now. Honest answer.
Actually, painfully honest answer.
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.
I think a good OC would be a start. I'm not confident that it happens. I think Fisch gets a pass because of all the rookies. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so.

Quote:Coaches need to go. They don't know how to manage, or prepare an NFL team to play. Yep, I have lost all confidence in the coaches ability to coach a young team to any kind of success.
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Quote:But they are not going to fire this coaching staff. Well then next year will be just like this year, so prepare yourselves now.
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

It always seems that our young players come in and look good then the coaches start using them and they break.
Stop breaking our toys Coach!
I already created a thread on to be .500. Pretty much need to live in dreamland where everything goes perfect for us. We will have another losing record next season, just hope it's more than one win
Well since we should have the number 1 pick hopefully we can trade down for a small fortune to a QB needy team wanting Mariota, Winston, or Hundley...and we can address quite a few spots. We need to upgrade our D-Coordinator for sure...The D has looked much better the last 5 or so weeks but it is reported that is because Bradley has been way more involved in the D. I would not be opposed to a new O-Coordinator who can maximize our talent and game plan a little better...but I am not 100% opposed to keeping Fisch either.
The way this team gets better is by Bortles turning into a franchise level QB...that's it...no matter how great the coach is if he can't turn into that franchise level guy we will never get better. To be honest I am seriously questioning if that can happen at this point...before anyone whines it has been 8 games or so for him...I am not saying he is a bust...but can you name the last guy who had an almost 2 - 1 INT to TD ratio as a rookie that went on to be great? You don't get rookie head coaches to coach rookies.... Look at Teddy with Norv Turner. Lost by 3 today against GB.
