This team was gonna finish with a worse record than last year. The one thing The coaching staff couldnt afford was for bortles to continue his regression along with it. I think Gus is gone.

im not sure bortles has regressed. im pretty sure he has been hand cuffed because of the pick 6 es. I have lost faith in the coaching staff

First of all Gus isn't gone. Why does everyone expect such a major turn around with 0 talent. We are working on building a team and it will just take time. Week after week there is some thread that wants Gus fired or bashing on Bortles. Everyone expected one week off will turn this team around. It will take time.

The offense just plays scared I don't know. We could at least get a defense on its heels earlier in the season when Blake was making his first couple of starts. We're back in the fetal position.
