Inglewood Mayor to meet with Rams owner Stan Kroenke

Very interesting considering Kroenke owns 60 acres of land in Inglewood which is believed to be a possible LA stadium site. Rams to LA seems to be picking up more and more traction as each day passes.

This and Oakland talking to San Antonio, although I think the Raiders are just trying to scare the city of Oakland into giving them a new stadium

Inglewood could be the ultimate destination for the Rams. Would not surprise me but man, that will be a traffic nightmare.

If Khan had got the Rams, I wonder if Kroenke would have tried to get the Jags and move them to Inglewood.

Well in their minds with Khan being a Illinois guy, they believe the Jaguars will magically teleport to St Louis.

I don't think a new stadium is happening in Oakland.

Not for at least ten years, and that's if the Jaguars haven't re-established themselves in Jacksonville by then. If the state of Missouri wasn't willing to pony up for a new stadium for their current team, why would anyone think they'd turn around right after losing the Rams and build one for the Jaguars?

To the people that are actually football fans in STL, they believe this is a forgone conclusion.

And it looks like he's buying up more land now:

That seemed like the consenus opinion amongst St. Louis Rams fans at the time of their ownership change.

When combining the Rams W-L in the last 7 1/2 seasons and ' Silent Stan'  not publicly expressing that he truly wants the Rams to remain in St. Louis,   the fan base of the St. Louis Rams is being pounded in multiple ways.   It would be an injustice if the Rams move if the St. Louis area makes a reasonable stadium offer.

If Los Angeles gets another team,  I hope it's an expansion team.

Being that the NFL seems determined to have a team in Los Angeles and London,  it would be better if expansion occurs instead of two markets losing teams.  If ' Silent Sam'  wants to own a team in Los Angeles,  the NFL should provide him the opportunity, with an expansion fee,  to be the owner of a new team in Los Angeles.  In exchange to selling the Rams to someone committed to keeping the team in St. Louis.
