Porcupine Fights Off Pride Of 17 Lions In South Africa
 

Who's the king of the jungle now?

Footage posted on YouTube last week shows a pride of 17 lions surrounding a single porcupine at the Londolozi Game Reserve, a private reserve bordering Kruger National Park in South Africa.

Good for the porcupine.....I'm glad a lot of the hunts that work out for the lions dont go viral often.  I know they prey on baby elephants quite a bit.....PETA would go crazy if they saw that.

If you have Netflix you should watch the program on honeybadgers. Man, those things are fierce! And smart as all get out. I'd never even heard of them so was interested when I saw the show in the lineup and the synopsis intrigued me. They're the "thug of the savannah" who will hold off porcupines, lions, hyenas and so on.
