Idiots drafted him expecting he would change? He is lazy, poor work ethic, and a million dollar talent with a nickel mindset for what it takes to be the best.

Enjoy Texans!

I had countless arguments with coworkers who wanted to draft Clowney while I dissented, citing this very reason.  We did good.

I thought a lot of that stuff was overblown and I would have wanted him here.

Now that he is a Texan, hopefully all of the negative stuff about him pre draft is 150% true and he busts mightily for them.

good for the Texans. The more I watch the Texans the more I can't stand O'Brien for some reason.

When your college coach is questioning your work ethic, your not goin to excel in the pros without a change in your attitude.

Well let's be honest.  Spurrier wasn't exactly known for his work ethic as an NFL coach.

This is one where I will pat myself on the back and gloat a ton. I called it and every dumb Texans fan like trindon or whatever he goes by now argued.

Nice work texans!
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Just pointing out that the guy has been injured.  Yes it's good we're not in the situation, but maybe we should hold off calling him a bust until he is actually, you know, playing football.   If injuries make him a bust, they couldn't have predicted that.  I don't know what the "maturity" issue is, but  we still don't know what he can do on the field when healthy.

What really matters is who has a more impactfull career. If Clowney does, ok. But if Bortles does, it all won't matter, because QBs get way more attention.

Harvey wasn't nearly as hyped as Clowney coming out.
