In case no one realized how huge yesterday's win was

#1

Some of these have been stated. Feel free to add any others:

Bortles first NFL win

Denard Robinson first career 100yard game and first career TD

First win by two tds or more since 2011

First time since 2007 we've held three opponents in a row to under 20 points

First time in years (want to say 2007 again, can't recall the exact) that we've held teams to under 300 total yards two weeks in a row.

Most rushing yards in a single game since Sept 2012

ARob first career TD

Gus Bradley undefeated against Cleveland

Not to mention last week Bortles tied the franchise rookie passing yard total.
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

Also:

Broke a 9 game regular season losing streak

First win in September or October since 2011.  <that one boggles the mind.

I was reading through The Cleveland Plains Dealer about the game yesterday and they mentioned that they just lost to a team that had lost 18 consecutive games in Sept/Oct.

The record is 20 consecutive losses in Sept/Oct by the Bengals, so that record is safe, for now.

I had to look it up.

The Jags last win in Sept/Oct, before Sunday, was on Sept 23, 2012, when BG hit CS3 for an 80 yd TD against the Clots, with 45 seconds left.

I'll bet not many, if any, of us in here realized that.

You missed that by 1 year.

The Jags last win in Sept/Oct was on Sept 23, 2012, but that's still over 2 years ago.

To say the Jags get off to a slow start would be an understatement.

How about the Jaguars first win of 2014!

The Defense really won this game with notable mention of Telvin Smith!

I thought it was strange that after Toddman did what he did on special teams that they didnt give him a chance to rush it into the endzone.

Lose to Gus and you're on the bus.

Does Pettine break that streak?

For the first time in a while it was the opposing fans leaving early. Dawg Pounded.

Pettine was awful yesterday.

The first challenge was stupid.

Then his decision to not kick the FG towards the end of the 1st half...

Didn't see many adjustments in the 2nd half.

Plus he just looks like an [BLEEP] on the sidelines.

If you took out the line about not kicking the FG and put LOST where the " like an (bad word removed)" goes, you could just exchange Pettine's name in here for Gus' for far too many games this season.

Gus was clearly NOT the worst head coach on the sidelines Sunday, not by a long shot.

Bortles just needs 184 yards per game at this point to set the Jag's Rookie QB Yardage Record. Here's hoping he can do it. I imagine he'd easily do it if we had Jimmy Smith on this team (or Justin Blackmon for that matter)

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

I also forgot about the horrid fake punt attempt that the Browns called.....

That play had no chance.

Steve Beuerlein watched Blake Bortles break his Jaguars rookie record on the Allen Robinson touchdown, but I can't remember what that record was.
