Coughlin time back in effect

#1

Quote:Coughlin is putting his stamp on the organization in other ways as well, one of which will be familiar to anyone who remembers his first tour with the Jaguars or his more recent stint as the head coach of the Giants. The team sent out an announcement about Thursday’s press conference formally introducing Coughlin and head coach Doug Marrone and it calls for a start time of 10 a.m. at the top of the first paragraph.

The final line of that paragraph notes that the “10 a.m. press conference is scheduled to begin at 9:55 a.m.”
Coughlin Time is back in effect in Jacksonville, although it’s not clear if Marrone will be fining players who fail to arrive at meetings at least five minutes before they are scheduled to begin.

This is just the beginning folks.

This team is loaded with talent but not discipline.  Coughlin is just what they need!  I was never down with this whole "lay back" culture that Bradley installed around this team.  This might be a game but it should be still treated as any other business where people should be accountable...

I love Coughlin time! If you're not 5 minutes early you're late!

Just wait until he makes everyone wear a suit and tie on game days and sets a 9pm curfew. Discipline is back.

This is fantastic. It will expose some guys on the team who aren't about it. Interested to see who it is.

What a change of mindset from Bradley.

Calling Deshawn Watson a future bust since 3/19/17. If I eat crow, I will keep this in here and proclaim JackCity a genius.

I know TC very well being from NJ. And honestly this article just excites me! Judging by all the penalties we had and some of close games that ended up going the other way can end up being W's because of him being Mr. Perfect. Feel bad for those players though haha they go from ice cream and everyone get a trophy to TC hahaaha it is gonna be such a rude awakening for them

No one is perfect.  Just the laid back approach.  Has not worked for Jacksonville. And when tom was here it did.  And it will again.

I think it will too, but to be honest i'm tired of being excited because this decade has shown that it only leads to being disappointed. But anyway fingers crossed

Marrone and Coughlin are going to run a tight ship. Something that has missing since Bradley was hired. I think it will ultimately lead to wins on Sundays
