You do realize ALL head coaches, including Coughlin, bring in assistants they are familiar with...right?

I do.  But also realize the NFL is a business.  And Tom is conducting as it.  And if another option becomes available.  That is more vital to the future success of the Jaguars.  We will go that route.  Watch and see.
