Goodell is just a puppet for the owners. The owners voted for this. I am pretty sure Goodell is not there twisting their arms.

I always wished the NFL never went to London in the first place. The whole idea of an international series was stupid.

Exactly.

Quote:Daniel Kaplan ofSportsBusiness Journal reports that the owners voted to require any team that hosts a Super Bowl to give up a home game to London at some point over a five-year period.

If im reading this right the hosting SB city will have to give up a home game to London?

Whether someone has a liberal, or conservative viewpoint, a authoritative figure should not lock a thread for the sole purpose to get the last word in all the while prohibiting someone else from being able to respond.

Yep. Maybe they will take it a step further and the 2 participants in the SB will need to give up a home game the following year, lol.

I don't think this will happen.  If it does, you will see a huge US fan revolt.  I would even imagine people pushing for people not to watch it.....I wouldn't, unless the Jags were in it.  lol

I'd moan and groan with everyone else but in the end I'd probably still watch it. Sucks but you can see it coming.
