Gus's stupid challenge lost the game

No wonder todman dropped it. Next time, Bortles should flick it or drop kick it to him

Personally, I think Cecil Shorts cost us the game when he fumbled in the red zone.

Quote:Hindsight is 20/20. If we were not in a situation where we needed a timeout at the end, I would not complain about it.

It was a stupid challenge.

1. Because he wasn't going to win it

2. Because it was 4th down.

Given that we were trailing and clearly were going to need timeouts, plus those two things I mentioned, the reward for challenging that play was not worth the risk.

Uh... A time out doesn't score points, so I guess you are technically correct. But if you don't see how a TO would have been nice to have with 12 seconds left, then I don't know what to tell ya.
