The 4-3 Under defense has to go. The Jaguars need to get back to basics on defense until they have the personnel to do what they want to do.

The secondary has major issues, whether that's scheme or talent level.  Missed tackles and missed coverages.  Worst of all, it doesn't seem to be improving much at all.
