Actually, Sullivan, DL coach Wash, and QB coach Scelfo have all proven good. But thats pretty much it.

Do some fact checking.....most NFL teams if not all are younger than they were in the 1990's timeframe. Yet teams in the past 10 years still aren't generally as consistently bad as we've been.
