He talked about plays that were there to be made.  It sounded like Blake missed some open guys, which will get better Im sure.

Gus: Offensively we need more explosive plays... Only 4 Sunday. Also 5 possessions in 2nd half with 0 points has to change. #Jaguars

Bradley says heavy emphasis on covering TE Gates left 1-on-1s elsewhere and "we lost" some of them. No kidding. #Jaguars

Gus on fans: We like that fire, we need that in our fan base. We need our guys to challenge each other with that fire. #Jaguars

it means he wants you to keep spitting on him while he walks by and to keep up the creepy letters sent to his house that talk about how horrible of a coach he is... he likes it.  it fuels his fire.

He was talking about players holding each other accountable - and then transitioned to knowing the fans are upset and that they should be. Shows they care and they want that fire from their players and from their fans.  He's hoping the accountability will make some of these players work harder to correct mistakes etc, etc...

This likely explains why Josh Evans seemed to be entirely focused on Gates along with Cyprien on the 24 yarder to Floyd late in the 3rd quarter. There really was no help over the top by design.
